BoomBet Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules for Pakistan

Welcome to BoomBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and BoomBet ("BoomBet," "we," "us," "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the BoomBet platform at boombet.ws, including all sports betting, live casino, jackpot slots, poker, baccarat, and any other gaming or wagering services we provide.

BoomBet is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed and operated specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions on BoomBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using payment methods available to players in Pakistan, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

By completing the registration process on BoomBet, by making a deposit, or by placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand them;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are not accessing BoomBet from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

These Terms should be read alongside BoomBet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with BoomBet and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.1 Age Requirement

BoomBet is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use any part of the BoomBet platform. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 18 or older. BoomBet may at any time request documents to verify your age. If verification reveals that a player is under 18, BoomBet will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any real-money deposits made — no winnings will be paid in this scenario.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one active account on BoomBet. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is a violation of these Terms. BoomBet actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, BoomBet reserves the right to close all accounts belonging to that player, void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any remaining funds pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering on BoomBet. Your full name, mobile number, and payment details must be genuine and belong to you. BoomBet is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided at registration. If your information changes after registration, you must update your profile promptly. BoomBet may request identity verification documents at any time, including during withdrawal processing.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

BoomBet is designed for players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using BoomBet is legal in your location. BoomBet does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly and specifically prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BoomBet account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. BoomBet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact BoomBet support immediately via live chat or email at support@boombet.ws. BoomBet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

BoomBet may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage of your use of the platform. This typically includes a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used. You agree to provide these documents promptly when requested. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete. This process exists to protect all players from fraud and identity theft.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or betting activity occurs for a period of 12 consecutive months. BoomBet reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 from an inactive account's real-money balance after this period. BoomBet will notify you by registered mobile number before any such deduction begins. Reactivating your account by logging in stops the deduction from applying.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your BoomBet account at any time by contacting support. BoomBet will process your request within 24 hours and return any remaining real-money balance to your linked withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any active KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. BoomBet may also close accounts that violate these Terms, in which case the conditions described in Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct) will apply.

4.1 Deposits

BoomBet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit cap, however BoomBet may request supporting KYC documentation for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by BoomBet within the timeframes set out in the table below. Standard withdrawals of up to Rs 5,00,000 are processed automatically. Withdrawals above this amount may require a manual review, which BoomBet aims to complete within 24 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless you have completed full KYC verification and formally updated your withdrawal method via customer support.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

BoomBet requires that all deposited funds be wagered at least once (1×) before a withdrawal can be processed. This is a standard industry requirement to prevent payment processing abuse, not a restriction on genuine player winnings. If a player deposits funds and immediately attempts to withdraw without placing any bets, BoomBet will apply this 1× wagering requirement. Bonus funds are subject to separate and higher wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

BoomBet offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses have a wagering requirement — typically 20× to 35× the bonus amount — that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's page.
• Wagering requirements on BoomBet bonuses must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus balances expire after this period without value.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or betting markets specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may void the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion requires bonus funds to be used first.
• BoomBet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus already credited if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any violation of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address. Welcome bonuses are for new players only.
• BoomBet's refer-a-friend programme is subject to its own specific terms available on the Refer a Friend page.

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on BoomBet are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of every bet before confirming it — including the event, market, stake, and odds. BoomBet cannot accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in the specific circumstances described in Section 6.3.

6.2 Bet Limits

BoomBet applies minimum and maximum bet limits that vary by sport, market, and the player's account history. Minimum bets start from Rs 50 on most markets. Maximum bet limits are displayed in the bet placement interface before you confirm. BoomBet reserves the right to apply individual account betting limits based on betting patterns, at its sole discretion, without obligation to disclose the reasons.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the scheduled date and not completed within 72 hours; the odds were offered in manifest error; the event result cannot be verified with certainty by BoomBet's official data providers. In all other circumstances, the result stands as declared by BoomBet's official settlement process.

6.4 Odds and Settlements

BoomBet's pre-match and live odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport, or by BoomBet's data provider in the absence of an official result. BoomBet's settlement decision is final.

6.5 Suspicious Activity and Integrity

BoomBet cooperates with sporting integrity bodies and may withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregular betting patterns. In cases where an investigation concludes that a bet was placed using information not in the public domain, BoomBet reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.

All casino games on BoomBet — including live dealer games, jackpot slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker, and any other casino product — operate using certified and independently audited random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing procedures monitored under controlled studio conditions.

Game outcomes on BoomBet are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced, adjusted, or reversed after the result is declared. If a technical malfunction occurs during a live dealer game or slot game that prevents the result from being determined, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. In no other circumstances will a game result be reversed.

Progressive jackpot prizes on BoomBet are awarded randomly or by achieving a specific qualifying combination as described in the individual game's rules. The prize pool displayed on BoomBet's jackpot meters is approximate and may differ slightly from the actual prize paid at the moment of winning due to the continuous growth of the pool.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BoomBet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including real-money funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on BoomBet;
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using third-party payment methods to deposit or withdraw — all financial transactions must be in your own name;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the BoomBet platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, software bugs, or errors in BoomBet's system to gain a financial advantage — any winnings arising from a recognised system fault will be voided;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of the outcome of a sporting event (match fixing or insider betting);
• Abusing BoomBet's bonus system through patterns designed to extract bonus funds without genuine play;
• Using BoomBet for any money laundering activity, including making deposits with no intention of placing real wagers;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing BoomBet staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Where BoomBet reasonably suspects a violation of any of the above, it may freeze the account pending investigation, withhold withdrawal requests, and share relevant information with appropriate law enforcement authorities.

BoomBet is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we actively work to prevent problem gambling. The following tools are available to every BoomBet player from within their account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week, or month;
• Session time reminders — receive automatic notifications after a set playing duration;
• Self-exclusion — voluntarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently;

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BoomBet platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the BoomBet platform without prior written consent from BoomBet. Unauthorised use of BoomBet's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

BoomBet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on BoomBet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

BoomBet uses your data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, deliver relevant promotions, and fulfil its legal and regulatory obligations. BoomBet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. BoomBet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits BoomBet's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose real money. BoomBet does not guarantee that you will win any bet or game. The outcome of games and bets is governed by chance and the certified RNG or physical dealing processes, and BoomBet has no ability to influence outcomes in its favour.

BoomBet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BoomBet will notify registered players via the mobile number on file at least 7 days before the new Terms take effect. The current version of these Terms is always available at boombet.ws/terms-conditions with the date of the most recent update displayed at the top of the page.

If you continue to use BoomBet after the effective date of updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using BoomBet and may request account closure with withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance.
